Artifact Overview
Angelo Testa (1921-1984) was one of the first graduates of the Chicago School of Design where famed Bauhaus designer László Moholy-Nagy was one of his instructors and inspirations. In 1947, Testa opened his own design company, which created printed textiles with abstract non-objective motifs. His customers were mostly architectural firms that used his designs on their products.
